Matcha Almond Latte

  • 2 tbsp Boiled Water
  • pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • ΒΌ tbsp Almond paste almond too
  • 1 tsp Honey as sweetener


  1. Use the water to mix the matcha powder with cinnamon until it dissolves completely.

  2. Warm the almond milk in a saucepan using medium heat, and be careful not to let it boil. 

  3. Pour the cinnamon and matcha powder mixture in the sauce pan and add vanilla extract. Use a handheld blender to blend the mixture so that everything mixes well.
  4.  The warm milk will froth as you blend. Taste to find out how bitter the matcha tea is and add the honey to sweeten.

  5. Pour into a mug and enjoy your latte.
